Not to say they probably don’t have a good diet and exercise routine locked in. I’m just saying I don’t believe them because it’s the internet and everybody lies. They make their livelyhood by having their bodies always on display for their videos. You don’t think they’d take something to give them an advantage and make their lives a little easier? Not enough to blow up and make it obvious. Just enough to give them an edge to stay lean while preserving muscle while still giving the impression that its because they use “science” that they achieved their physique
That being said, after all these years I still prefer Jeff Fake Weight Cavalier’s videos over this new generation.
