I ate cold pizza a few nights ago and the crust was very hard. I remember straining to eat it and it was hurting my jaw. The next day there was no pain, and I ate dinner with no pain. But the following day I had a dull ache and I can't pinpoint if it's my gum, tooth, etc. It's not a major, debilitating pain. Cold drinks don't hurt it. It's when I bite down hard that triggers it. It's like when you work out and the real soreness doesn't happen until the second day when you wake up. I asked two people and they said it sounds like a cavity. How the fuck is it a cavity out of nowhere? I really don't want to go to the fucking dentist. Please assure me there's a possibility it's from biting too hard.

I don't want to go to the dentist. I want to know if anyone experienced something similar. Like eating something hard, then pain days later.
