Has never worked for me. Typically I split my lunch in half. I'll eat something like pasta and chicken for breakfast. Its more filling and provides more energy throughout the day

You can eat anything you want. Just make sure you get enough protein and enough deficit.
I eat a 400cal breakfast, 600cal lunch and dinner, and 100cal protein shake. I'm fairly active and lose almost 1kg per week.
Just don't eat complete shit foods and count, it's easy.

I have 6 medium or 5 large eggs sunny side up and two cups of fair life chocolate milk. That puts me at around 650 cals and 60 grams of protein and is pretty filling.
I'm cutting at 1800-1900 cals a day.

Most days I eat 3/4 cup of plain yogurt with some berries and a teaspoon of honey, then either granola or eggs and bacon depending on what the rest of my day's food looks like. Black coffee as well.

I'm cutting at a 250 calorie deficit and that breakfast will be anywhere from 400-600 calories. Today I had a huge breakfast (went to the diner with my family) so I had light lunch and dinner instead.

Guess this is the thread to ask this. Last week i got offered an omlette and despite hating eggs i managed to force myself to eat it. I noticed that it kept me sated till late afternoon. I want to start eating eggs for that reason but i absolutely hate their taste and texture. Im thinking of making an omlette with sliced ham, peppers, onions and sheep cheese. Any other tips to mask the taste of eggs?
