There is no secret sauce
Eat a balanced diet, lift weights, don't neglect cardio. That's literally all there is to it
The reason you haven't made it because instead of doing those things you're on the internet, looking for a shortcut
There is no shortcut
There is no secret sauce
Only consistent work

write down your goals
the low hanging fruit- to make it easier to start, the minimum amount, '1 round on the flashcards daily'
a 4-5/10 workout can be arguably better than none that day
copy someone who has. tom platz did with arnold, newton stood on the shoulders of giants

You want the actual truth? Get off your ass, stop wasting time/attention on the internet and go to the gym and keep going for the next few years. Stop being a goyslop bitch, eat clean, sleep enough and work, work, work. Here's the truth, it ain't fun, feel free to hate it.

And no, even if you go on gear you don't get to be lazy and eat like shit, you still have to work.

idk honestly I just started going to the gym 3-4x a week and hitting all the vanity muscles and jogging once in a while, put on like 8kg of mass in nine months from that, far from optimal progress but I feel fucking awesome, work in some calisthenics too, body weight stuff made all my other lifts better, eat as much as you can but realistically the biggest thing you want to hit daily is protein, works on my machine.

It's far too much for me to type it out. Just go out there and begin training, and learn as much as you possibly can- only then will you find the truth

Focus on squats, deadlifts and bulking; only big numbers matter. Hair-havers and Otter-moders will try to bring you down, don't let them.

to find the true path leading to the elusive "it" you must first solve the eternal riddle of making it: do i make it in order leave /fit/ forever, or leave /fit/ forever in order to make it?
