>my work output 3x's when i consume strictly water, coffee, and nicotine
>eventually become so fatigued from not eating that i can't focus on anything
>eat food and immediately become lethargic and focus is even worse
>have to not eat for 8-12 hours until i can focus properly again.
is there a cure to this? seems like I can only get shit done properly under this awful cycle. maybe i should just jump on meth at this point?

I absolutely love this cycle.
>Wake up before colleagues, smoke a pipe, drink coffee
>Pump out my best work undisturbed
>Morning meeting, get across everything and direct the day
>Chat and plug away at stuff until 11am
>Get bored, do a big workout
>Come back to big lunch
>Take meetings, do less cognitive work, more planning and little tasks for the afternoon
>Nap/read if I'm not feeling it
I wouldn't have it any other way
