Skill issue. Eating is a chore so I just mix cottage cheese and ground beef together and drink milk while eating it. Vitamins come from a bottle and I haven't had any problems so far.

I've tried a vegetarian diet for 6 months, a balanced diet for many years, now carnivore for 3 weeks, drinking only water and protein shakes, and my shit literally stayed the same the entire time. 6am, loose stools, after a cup of coffee. If I have a few beers, I usually need 2-3 shits the next day.
