Is the final fitness pill to stop lifting all together, and take up sport practices like boxing training?

I feel like all this talk of "victim weight", "1/2/3/4", "muh mass vs muh strength" are all just cope. Once you let go of all of that you can truly be a free athlete.

Lifting is extremely applicable to sports. Every coach has their athletes doing some kind of weightlifting

In a way, yah. Only a few generations ago, people would play sports instead of going to a gym. Perfectly health, happy, and with better community. Hell, going to a gym used to mean going to a boxing gym to workout.

The best way is to do sports, and also a bit of barbell work. Then you get the best of both world, as our prophet, Pavel Tsatsouline commanded us to do.

I mean, yeah. Lifting isn't applicable to anything, is boring, vain, and effeminate. You should only be in the gym to help you with whatever sport you play or as rehab.
All these fucking teens who just go to the gym for the sake of going is a fucking tragedy.

Wait until you realize you don't have enough fast twitch or phone tolerance to do well in any fighting sport, and even if you do well you just get brain damage anyway.

Lifting for numbers is retarded when you end up looking like a fat piece of shit. Literally no point, just embrace being a fat ass and don’t even go to the gym at that point.
