Var taken sublingually i.e. you take the pill and put it under your tongue until it is absorbed
>skips the digestive system and goes straight into the bloodstream
>therefore no damage to liver and kidneys which is the main danger with it
>also more effective since it isn't partially neutralised by digestion, more bioavailable

I cycle ashwagandha due to tolerance building. I take 600 mg a day except for that one final week.

It's a running gag in hairloss forums that everything grows hair in mice.
Every year we get a couple of chemicals that supposedly perform better than minoxidil/finasteride/dutasteride in mice and also anecdotal reports from internet schizos. But they all fail in the phase 1-3 clinical trials. See the embarassing situation with pyrilutamide that has now failed two phase 3 trials.

Because it is pointless. Anecdotes on hairloss are useless because of shedding cycles etc. Only extreme outliers like some guys on fin/dut+oral minox going from NW5 to NW2 is to be taken seriously. If you can't provide that, I'd rather wait for actual clinical data.

The cyclopo-boring literature some boomer shit by now. Ain't nobody tryin' to grow carcinomas and melanomas and melanias or whatever instead of hair. All the serious researchers are farther down the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling rabbit hole by now.

That ChatGPT summary sounds exciting to your average npc reading this but unlike them I'd actually like to see some results in clinical trials.
DHT is just too damn good at destroying hair follicles and hair follicles which had their erecti pili muscle destroyed or have been replaced by scar tissue altogether are basically impossible to regrow regardless of how much you throw at it.

I've been taking 12mg a day for 3 weeks and the only thing I've noticed is that my joints and tendons got kinda sore, this soreness went away after i stopped taking it.
