Hate when that happens, man. I’ll just be sitting there, diet’s going good, and suddenly a whole rack of baby back ribs just flies into my mouth. With fries, slaw, and a couple pints of root beer.
It’s not my fault I’m fat, it’s the food’s fault!

depending how the fries are "loaded" this might be a kind of decently balanced meal desu

I remember first working out this skinny nog at the gym told me you can't have a six pack eating pizza, but I learned from later experience it's really more about building muscles than getting super lean; you have lower bodyfat % carrying the same weight of fat at a higher muscle mass.

Bro I HATE when that happens
>visit family for exactly four days
>day one cheesecake factory ambush
>day two baby shower brunch themed, literally one protein dish the rest is cakes and muffins
>day three get forced into brunch, try to just get a skinny latte get forced into buying food bullshit too
>day 4 birthday party with three large pizzas and my favorite cookies
>flee late that night instead of staying one more night because I know it'll turn into "let's get brunch before you go!"

I've specifically asked people not to force food on me and got food forced on me three out of four days, but if I insist it starts a bunch of arguments.

I'm so fucking close man. Just like three solid weeks and I'm there. I'm not visiting anyone from now until I have abs, period.

My weakness is candy. Specifically chocolate or ice cream. Fucking sucks having to resist considering I also have hypo thyroidism and am not as active as I should be outside of the gym so daily calories are stupid low for my size (under 2k) and a single chocolate bar has a fuckton plus all the sugar giving me the beeetus
