Do you incorporate meditation/mindfulness into your fitness routine? Does it actually work?

Meditation is just chink flavored prayer.
The only mindfulness you need is being mindful to God's gifts and plan.

before I hit the gym I take a shower and I sit under the showerhead stream to think about solutions for my current problems for around 30 minutes, after I find a solution I get dressed up and go to the gym

You don't know how much better is to go the gym with just doing actual shit in mind , people who use the gym as a way to vent out their problems have mid physiques because they are too busy thinking about something gay instead of the set and have unsolved problems because they are too busy focusing on doing the set decently right

Not into my fitness routine , just into my lifestyle.

Doing meditation anywhere near working out is stupid because you get amped up , not be mellow AF

I meditate for about 10 minutes as part of my morning routine, then do another 10 minutes before going to bed. Just makes me feel better.

When i remember to do so i do things with mindfull intention and attention.

I think you can miss the point of mindfulness if you arent continuously refreshing its meaning
