BMI calculator says I am extremely obese, but I can run for 30 mins covering 4km. What gives?

Those two things aren't mutually exclusive.

I don't see how. Obesity is supposed to be crippling. How can one run for 30 mins?

Rolling in a wheelchair does not count as running.

You probably are too fat and that is an average beginner running pace

you should not be relying on a bmi calculator to decide if you are obese or not. literally just look in the mirror and see how fat or not fat you are. a bmi calculator has no idea how much of your mass is muscle and how much is fat

>I can run for 30 mins covering 4km
>calculated speed of 5mph
maybe I'm reading this wrong

this means literally nothing op
I have a (formerly) obese friend who would jog circles for hours while being 100 kilos, me on other hand I can't run whatsoever at 72kg mostly due to fast twitch muscle calves, they just get sore almost instantly. been trying to fix it with jump rope and long ass walks with 0 result so far

>4.66 miles an hour
Unless you're a midget that's powerwalking speed.
