you have made great progress and are literally almost there (to being lean i mean), eat in a deficit for a few more weeks/months depending on how big of a deficit you are in and you will look immensely better. after that you are ready to eat at maintenance and steadily gain muscle

Huge progress, keep going for awhile longer and you will look great. Lift weights at least 3 times a week as well and work hard man, trust the process. I am working on my own weight loss and since I already had muscle underneath I am going through a serious glow up. I'm around 25BMI but the difference in how people, men and women, treat me is palpable

Oh and I forgot to mention, make sure you eat more healthy foods, high in protein and nutrients. Avoid foods that boost estrogen like junk food, and eat more foods that boost testosterone like eggs for example. When you exercise make sure to do a lot of abwork as well to eventually get rid of that belly flab. I know it seems impossible to make it but trust me, you've got major potential and you've already come so far

Well clearly his body can not produce those hormones so he has two options:

1) take them externally forever
2) be low test and hypothyroid forever

No I did it the correct way and still looked like shit.
I got bloodwork and realized I had low t and hypothyroidism. So if I had known sooner I would have hopped on the stuff I'm on sooner and made a lot more progress sooner.
Anyway it is really easy to confirm if he has those stuff I mentioned or not, simply do bloodwork.
If his bloodwork is normal I agree with you but I can tell just from looking at him his bloodwork will be fucked.
