Nah it's completely recoverable, but I doubt you have the resolve to do what it takes.
You have to do complete rehabilitation fro the base of the neck all the way down to your fingertips and all the surrounding muscles/tendons also.

Hijacking into a Luigi syndrome recovery general.

Best sprained ankle recovery? Been on aspirin, turmeric, boron, collagen peptides, using ankle brace and increasing weight bearing. Seems to be getting better fairly quickly but anything else to do?
