I was looking into this shit a few days ago and it's kind of not as clear what exactly you're supposed to do. I guess some fish oil capsules can be good but I feel eating (FATTY, i.e. DARK like sardines) fish 1-2 times per week is probably superior. Like i dunno I have tried taking this shit and always got nasty fishburps. Eat a can of deenz and it also lingers a bit but at least I know it's portuguese from the atlantic ocean and not some Latvian mutant swamp fish oil full of toxins mitigating the benefits of said fish oil.

Another thing I found: better omega balance in grass fed dairy. Quite a difference sometimes. And apparently the balance is important because they convert into some other shit using the same machinery essentially. If you have 90% omega 6 you will never be able to create enough of whatever the omega 3 would convert into in a day.
