Pizza's not even that bad of a food, especially if you dab it with a paper towel. Granted, it's not a health food by any means, but it's probably better for you than a lot of similar junk food like hot dogs, hamburgers, or even fried chicken or fish.

One or two slices of pizza every now and then isn't going to kill you, as long as you don't polish off an entire box of pizza every night and make sure you're eating other leaner sources of protein.

My point is not to demoralize. I see a lot of anons demoralized they dont have a certain bod YET. I think it's too easy to see people online posting their most idealized bodies, and comparing yourself to that consciously or subconsciously, when they might not look like that day to day or even hour to hour. You might not be getting a realistic idea of what someone really looks especially if they maybe have a pump, better lighting, some gym mirrors make you look buffer...
Going to post body one more time with a pump later to see how much of a difference that makes.

same here, I started getting injured, my metabolism slowed down to a crawl, old injuries started acting up, lifting didn't feel safe or productive anymore, so I recently started a very controlled bulk to improve my durability. I guess I can always do another cut in a few months, maybe I'll try protein RFL next time.

You look good, bro. All things considered it sounds like slow bulk us the way to go. I personally want to focus on lifts going up for a bit then focusing on getting down to some arbitrary bf % now that im djwn to a healthy %.

A lot of anons say recomp is a meme but i want to try it at least for a bit after i eat what i want for a few more days.

I went from 240 to 180 pounds and got a Dexa Scan thinking I was 18-22% bodyfat. It said I was 27% so another 2-3 months of cutting at least :/

I use dominos and order online with an account. 7.99 for a large 1 topping pizza coupon and after two orders you will have enough points for a free 16 piece Parmesan bread bites. The extra dollar is worth it especially since little caesars has a problem where 9/10 of the pizzas you buy is undercooked

Yeah when it's properly made it's not bad but the issue is like I said here >>76271507 it's severely undercooked a lot of the time. It's not a singular place either, I've been to like 4 different ones in my area and it's the same issue. The pizza will have those patches of dough where it's soft and gooey from being undercooked. Even op's pizza looks undercooked if you look at the crust
