Well it isn't outright bad, if you enjoy it then keep doing it lol

as they say, the best routine is the one (you) can stick to consistently. so if you're enjoying ppl, getting in the gym and pushing yourself then no reason to stop. if you absolutely hate it and find yourself skipping or half arsing, then try something else. simple as

See? Legs are the largest and most useful muscle group in the body and ppl think hitting legs twice a week is bad.

Pro tip... U can fit shoulders into push days along with triceps, and biceps into back day.

You might have that mixed up with upper/lower splits. You get 2 leg days at mist with PPL. Which excluding a bro split or custom, it's the least amount of leg days compared to full body and UBLB splits
