Mounjaro is brand name tirzepatide
Semaglutide (Ozempic) is gen 1, tirzepatide (mounjaro, zepbound) is gen 2, retatutride is gen 3 and still in trials but it will be the best one for weight loss

These really are great drugs, they fix prediabetes and also have people losing 10-25% of their bodyweight. That’s a lot of weight loss compared to everything else that came before, since most fat people are incapable of dieting and with these drugs the weight stays off too
