boxing for cardio + better physique?
bros my friend has been boxing for three months
his shoulders are fucking POPPING
legit looks like he's on steroids (he's not)
do you box?

i am currently lifting three times a week and was thinking of adding boxing
not just to look better but also to get some cardio in because all i do is walk and have sex occasionally
running seems boring so i'd rather do boxing

thoughts on and experiences with boxing?

I train striking and swimming.
Make of this what you will.
I DO recommend training it.
You do NOT have to spar until you are comfortable.

maybe just hitting delts super hard, ive seen +20l-30bs on 5rm military press in the same time. But boxing is an extreme sport so /xs/ might be a place to go and any sport where cte is a factor would mean the practitioners are probably less averse to steroids.

Popping veins is an easy tell, they develop slow and start as lighter blue and not popping from high blood pressure. Also if theyre weird about alcohol especially as their liver is basically 50% drunk at all times when putting weight on.
