boxing for cardio + better physique?
bros my friend has been boxing for three months
his shoulders are fucking POPPING
legit looks like he's on steroids (he's not)
do you box?
i am currently lifting three times a week and was thinking of adding boxing
not just to look better but also to get some cardio in because all i do is walk and have sex occasionally
running seems boring so i'd rather do boxing
thoughts on and experiences with boxing?
