Okay anons, so i want to become abso-fucking-lutely shredded and i came up with this: What if i would eat 800g of non-fat cottage cheese on psmf diet (128g of protein, 512 cal), while doing resistance training (2 sets of moderate rep range) and sprinting (5 sprints on max speed with 3 min rest between each)? How many i will be losing a week? I know i will be feeling like absolute shit, but i hope power through it. Also i will be taking multi + calcium + magnesium, and thinking about yohimbine, but dunno.
