From what i've deduced anywhere from 1.8 to 2.2 gram per kg of lean mass a fun way to calculate it

let's say 80kg with 18% bf = 65

x1.8 = 117
x2.2 = 143

Small difference of availability, the meat already containing shit like actin, myoglobin, collagen which your body produces naturally with the amino acids of the broken down protein you injest.
Milk is mostly casein, which is a complete protein, as in, contains all necessary amino acids(to varying degrees, some more than others obviously)
