finally found a way to do pull ups with my barbell on my squat stands so now I literally only can't do leg raises but it's not even that great of an exercise anyway

Been busy as fuck, would 100% have totally abandoned lifting if not my trusty home gym. Continue to make steady progress on weighted pullups, almost got my squat strength fully back and sort of stalled on bench.

Doing a great 1 lift a day every day program where one day is a couple of accessories. Been skipping days but hey that's the life of a man pursuing more important things than 1RM

Superset Pullups + HSPU/Dips
Superset Pistols + Roman chair leg raises
Superset Pushups + Ring rows

Routine2:
db curls
lateral db raises
reverse db flies
wrist curls
reverse wrist curls
hand gripper

Routine3:
Sandbag shouldering, sandbag getups, sandbag carries

But honestly, the most minimalist option is still the gym. With calisthenics, you can't even follow a super basic routine while traveling. So much for maximal independence.

I am still very skinny (63kg) but now I feel confortable in my body and able to do crazy skills, best feeling ever. On my way to L-Sit and Front Lever. Approx 7 euros were spent in total
