I just talk to people and you can usually tell pretty early on if they're chill or not and can carry a conversation. Most of the people I meet now are through friends I already know. There's always a million parties going on. Some are free and open, some are private-ish that I go to, and some are so private that I can't go. They range from cool to retarded and ya just gotta feel it out and find a group you vibe with.

I aim for 2000cal a day. 140g protein 250g carb 60g fat. I'm 6' 130lbs. I train muay thai, and spam pushups/squats and other calisthenics when I'm not at the fighting gym. Still really trying to work on sizing up my arms/chest/legs/butt. Very self conscious of how skinny I am, but I'm trying.

i have started eating just one meal per day, along with 5 walnuts, 10 almonds, 10 raisins, 1 teaspoon of honey
(that's around 500 calories per day total)
i also burn about 400 cals by walking everyday
i do some full body workouts three times a week, but my toenail is injured so some exercises are impossible (pushups, burpees, lunges, certain hiit exercises that require jumping or putting pressure on toenail)
