Why does this machine tend to attract fat fucks, dyels, and otherwise unfit retards like flies and shit
>>76275141 (OP)I like sitting the other way on these machines and doing reverse fly, meaning I'm a lean fuck, ydel (you do even lift), and otherwise a fit genius.
>>76275141 (OP)90% of my training is just calisthenics I can do at home, but in the gym I want to hammer my pecs to build a pair of those sweet man milkers
This, the lat pull down, and the ab crunch machine, are boomer npc central
okay whoa leave the lat pulldown out of this
>>76275141 (OP)why dont they make heavier versions of half of the shit they have? im not exactly very strong either.
>>76275141 (OP)>Get that DEEEEEEEEEEEP STRETCHDoes this machine really work? That bald jew said it does.
>>76275141 (OP)>Implying lifters dont love the chest fly machine. I max this thing out for reps and it feels nice. My gym has a 300lbs weight stack and I rack the whole thing. Im not doing dumbbells flys.
>>76275141 (OP)I think flyes as a whole are mid unless you have one of those fancy plate-loaded machines. Cable flyes aren't stable. The pec deck is too strict of a movement pattern. Dumbbell flyes are the best option but they're too injury prone if you want to hit failure in a normal rep range. Nowadays I just skip the flyes, do more pressing volume and a little less tricep volume to counter it.
>>76275141 (OP)One day I will find out what it feels like to use this machine and I'll get back to you.
I think it might be free if I go at 2 AM
