stretch marks
please tell me there is a real way to minimize these as much as possible. They always bothered me but after i lost a bunch of weight they are really fucking terrible.

i heard microneedling can help but is there a cream that might help? collagen?

If you already have them
Micro-needling
Massage
Proper nutrition
Vitamin oil lotion, like vitamin E or whatever

If you're looking to prevent them, proper hydration, don't get fat, don't do steroids.

apparently ancestors had no reason to develop ay metabolism concerning the deep skin tissues so any changes after childhood is permanent (eventhough the body could potentially break it down for nutrients it does not have the mathabolic pathways to do that - poss because nobody in the history of evolution ever had the problem of "too much" or too little skin)

- fatties having excess skin flaps wont be able to loose them
- stiffies getting stretchmarks because they didnt develop the proper ROM (of skin too) in early childhood wont be able to get rid of them

;_; mfw I have both ... stretch marks on ass, stomach and armpits (from hanging) AND wrinkly ass skin

Taurine heals scar tissue. Supplement it while applying topical retinoid to the scarring. Peptide therapy could maybe help too.

They're unavoidable if you're gonna make any real gainz bruh, even guys like Mentzer and Arnold had them. Get arms bigger than 16" or bench above 2pl8 for reps and I guarantee you'll have some

time is the best healer bro, they'll eventually fade till they're barely visible. Sunlight is good for them too

Taurine is also in cat food because Cats go blind without it (which they did in the 50s and 60s when commercial cat food without taurine became available and widespread)

I was 6’2” in the 8th grade, ended up with armpit stretch marks about this bad. 28 now and they only faded, the skin never repaired.

microneedling is only thing that works, do 1.5mm stample once a week, probably will take like half a year to fix completely, don't bother with other snake oils

>only thing that works
>other snake oils

I just spent 20 sec searching and found this trial with lots of 1998 boomer shit that all works:

>Comparison of Topical Therapy for Striae Alba (20% Glycolic Acid/0.05% Tretinoin Versus 20% Glycolic Acid/ 10% L-Ascorbic Acid)
>profilometry can objectively measure differences in skin texture associated with striae treatments when compared to controls, however, it is not sensitive enough to justify comparison or quantitative improvements between similarly effective treatments.
protip: some kinda combination therapy usually works the best for pretty much everything.
