SupplementChads, am I missing something?
>Omega 3 (EPA 560, DHA 360)
>D3+K2 (4000IU)
>Zinc (15mg)
>Magnesium bisglycinate (200mg)
>Ashwagandha (300mg)
Anonymous No.76277513 [Report]
Seems good. Maybe potassium citrate in your post-workout shake.

usually it's used if you have high blood pressure. But can't do any harm after exercise if you sweat a lot, as long as you don't take too much.

You might not need vit d during summer though.

I don't eat fish, so omega 3 is mandatory. I'm also barely outside, even though it's summer, so d3+k2 also mandatory. Magnesium and zinc are also hard to get just out of diet, especially if you have a job and regularly work out. Ashwagandha I'm taking for the first time, just to check it out

magnesium is a solid choice for regular folks and athletes alike. Not too convinced on vit d or k2. you can get K if you eat cheese. and everyone should be eating cheese. You should go outside every day.

Yeah I eat a lot of cheese and I checked my vitamins in minerals in cronometer. I had like 500% of the RDA for vitamin K

What supplement is the closest to something like Adderal? I already take vitamin D, K2, Zinc, Magnesium and I workout and is in good shape. But my mind is constantly on idle. I can talk to people but have 0 interests, no skills, no motivation no nothing. My doctor says it's normal to be like this but it's bullshit.
