Seems good. Maybe potassium citrate in your post-workout shake.
usually it's used if you have high blood pressure. But can't do any harm after exercise if you sweat a lot, as long as you don't take too much.
You might not need vit d during summer though.
>>76277497 (OP)>am I missing somethingenough of a balanced diet to not need any of that shit?
>>76277497 (OP)vit c, collagen, biotin, hyaluronic acid, bromelain
>>76277516I don't eat fish, so omega 3 is mandatory. I'm also barely outside, even though it's summer, so d3+k2 also mandatory. Magnesium and zinc are also hard to get just out of diet, especially if you have a job and regularly work out. Ashwagandha I'm taking for the first time, just to check it out
Why no creatine? Or no iron?
>>76277497 (OP)Literally just nutrient dense whole foods, mindless consoomer faggot.
>>76277647Why not double up? Eat well and take vitamins to balance out nutrition
>>76277671Sure. Make sure to throw money at every product you see with brightly colored packaging and a catchy jingle too, dipshit prole.
>>76277636magnesium is a solid choice for regular folks and athletes alike. Not too convinced on vit d or k2. you can get K if you eat cheese. and everyone should be eating cheese. You should go outside every day.
>>76277705Yeah I eat a lot of cheese and I checked my vitamins in minerals in cronometer. I had like 500% of the RDA for vitamin K
>>76277531>barely outside What do you do all day? Donโt you touch grass?
Acetylcysteine (NAC)
Get some Cu source if you're doing daily Zn
Acetyl L carnitine
Maca root
>>76278099guaranteed, you don't have balanced diet enough to fill every vitamin and minerals you need for daily intake
>>76277497 (OP)you can get all of that eating eggs once a fucking day except for ashwagandha
ashwagandha but no vitamin e
What supplement is the closest to something like Adderal? I already take vitamin D, K2, Zinc, Magnesium and I workout and is in good shape. But my mind is constantly on idle. I can talk to people but have 0 interests, no skills, no motivation no nothing. My doctor says it's normal to be like this but it's bullshit.
