Seems good. Maybe potassium citrate in your post-workout shake.

usually it's used if you have high blood pressure. But can't do any harm after exercise if you sweat a lot, as long as you don't take too much.

You might not need vit d during summer though.

I don't eat fish, so omega 3 is mandatory. I'm also barely outside, even though it's summer, so d3+k2 also mandatory. Magnesium and zinc are also hard to get just out of diet, especially if you have a job and regularly work out. Ashwagandha I'm taking for the first time, just to check it out

What supplement is the closest to something like Adderal? I already take vitamin D, K2, Zinc, Magnesium and I workout and is in good shape. But my mind is constantly on idle. I can talk to people but have 0 interests, no skills, no motivation no nothing. My doctor says it's normal to be like this but it's bullshit.
