When you're already an advanced lifter the scaling of progression gets really fucked, it's legitimately harder to go from 3pl8 to 3.5pl8 bench than it is to go from empty bar to 2pl8. Jeff is past the point of making real progress now anyway, he's pretty much maxed out. you don't just keep building forever, otherwise bodybuilders in their 40s would all be >400lbs ripped. I was astonished as well, my program i created is working very well. the first 3 weeks was only 6.5 lbs of lean muscle, so I altered it slightly and got massive results. I am still deciding if I want to increase my maintenance to 200 lbs in august or stick to my goal of 192-194 lbs and sculpt from there.

I am taking photos and will post them when I get to my goals and shape, but I'd rather finish my work before putting it all out there.
I can take measurements if that'll help any.
