How do i know if i'm prediabetic? Everyday i drink something sweet with sugar in it like coffee, soda, you name it sometimes 2-3 time perday. Any firsthand experience?

Blood test will tell you. I eat sugar every day in the form of cereal and candy and donuts and have completely normal blood values as confirmed with a recent blood test a couple weeks ago. I drink an ungodly amount of orange juice and coca cola. You could be like my wife's mom who is super active and doesn't eat any sugar and is prediabetic. Its my understanding you just need to get a blood test.
