Cardio is useless for weight loss.
It's easier NOT to do something than DO something.
Just eat less or stop eating.
People who give fatties this advice are just having fun tortuting them.
How do we spread this message?
They do 20 minutes of walking on a treadmill then eat 500 calories to treat themselves (they didn't even burn 100 calories in the treadmill)

Cardio is the only thing that helped me start losing weight and it has the side benefit of having much better sex performance and I can keep up with my kids running around. Cardio, even if you dont lose weight, actually makes life better in other ways. I still lift but I just do cardio now too. Its a game changer. It makes lifting way easier and what used to take me an hour only takes half an hour and now I can use that saved time to do cardio. So yeah it's hard, it hurts, theres better way to lose weight but you should still do it.

Or, you know, you walk 20 min on a threadmill and don't treat yourself? Fatties tend to be retarded so why on Earth would you transpose their actions on cardio as a whole.
Also if you don't do cardio you're limp-dicked, so piss off.

cardio is really the only thing matters. I am natty maxx and even i can tell you most muscles are completely worthless, but having good cardio makes your day much better

Cardio is good for general well-being and longevity
You would be stupid not to do it, specially not for a reason such as laziness

Yeah, that's pretty accurate. Working out in general is not good for fat loss. The lowest weight I've been at is when I was doing practically no activity, but I wasn't eating junk food.

It can be good for PREVENTING fat gain, because then excess energy you're intaking via food will be used for recovery, rather than just directly stored as fat, but once you already have the fat on you, you gotta reduce it via diet.

Cardio is good for being better at cardio. It doesn't make your heart healthier either. Run if you want to be a better runner, etc.

Yeah but not doing anything isn't healthy. You're goal is to be fit and not fat, not just not fat.

Steep incline walking is just as good if not better than running in terms of calories burned. 600+ or more burned in an hour is easily achievable depending on speed and incline. 2.5 mph on a 12.0 grade incline is tough but burns calories like a mother fucker. Flat walking is retarded though true.

Cardio doesn't burn many calories directly, just like lifting weights doesn't either. It does, however, build up your muscles so they're larger and stronger and it passively raises your TDEE.

Cardio works
The problem is everyone is a giant pussy and won't do enough cardio
2+ hours a day, nonnegotiable
Lift and the few calories eaten should be protein oriented for muscle sparing
Pretty easy to hit 1-2k+ cal deficit a day
Good luck staying fat with that setup

Agreed I used to hate cardio until I invested in good rooning shoes. The pain I felt in my legs and feet went away. Then it became a matter of heart conditioning which increased very quickly. Convinced my wife eif this and it was just as game changing for her.
I now run for 10 minutes five days a week on a treadmill at a 7 minute mile pace. I still lift and this is all I have time for. Im about to invest in a treadmill at home to increase this .

If your goal is weightloss, then cardio can help (for at least 1h + of intensive cardio) but the main driver will always be diet
When ive lost 30kg, the fat gf of my cousin asked me how i did it, and she just blank stared at me when i told her i counted my calories
For some reason normies think its "too much" and obsessive when cal estimation takes like a minute max with simple headmath

what are you doing for strength training I started seeing more muscles after a couple months or so, and honestly feel pretty good about my muscle size after a year of doing at home calisthenics.

Depends on the cardio, when I was mountain climbing I struggled to eat enough to keep weight, but that's an activity streched out over an entire day, so probably burns an extra thousand calories.

How is it useless? I run ~30 km per week. I went from 152 pounds to 144 in 34 days. 100% the cardio contributed to it. Useless kinds of cardio is useless - do worthwhile cardio. Go hard.

Resistance training increases muscle which increases your BMR allowing you to lose weight at higher levels of caloric consumption which makes fat loss easier.
