lunch
md5: 54d8a4e431b3f2271dd4a8cc1d2a8ec6๐Ÿ”
Been having this for quick lunch most days for a few weeks. 12 oz bag each of riced cauliflower and green beans, a can of tuna, pepper, garlic powder and low-sodium onions sauce.
About 350 calories, 36-37g protein, 7g fat (green beans have some butter), and 40-41g carbs. Costs about $6.
Looks like pure slop, but dead easy, satiating, tastes fine and the macros/price are right.
inb4 mercury poisoning.
I'm not a pregnant/breastfeeding woman or other at-risk population, it's a non-issue. Also it's chunk light, which has much lower mercury levels anyway.

Chicken wraps. I just throw two chicken breasts in the oven with salt and pepper for 40 mins. Then i cut them with scissors into a wrap and throw in some pre packaged lettuce. The trick is to have the chicken cooked so when you get hungry you make a fast wrap

Mine still sells cucumber garlic dill tzatziki thankfully. It's good, just not as good as the roasted red pepper. It may be the perfect /fit/ condiment though. ~30 calories per serving, 2g each of protein fat and carbs, yogurt based. What's not to love?

Brother its 24 oz of veggies and 4 oz of tuna. Just 4 oz shy of two full pounds of food for a single meal.
Also, like >>76283447, I'm cutting right now.
But I get it, if you don't ever eat vegetables, 350 calories doesn't seem like much.

- Lean beef 6-8oz (american wagyu topround or round), sprinkled with pink salt and air fried for 5-6min
- Frozen extra fine green beans micro waved for 2min
- Cooked short grain rice 250-270g
* Tabasco sriracha and scorpion sauce

Takes total of ~6min, gives me about 70-80g carbs and ~50g protein (I don't count rice and beans). Eat this 3-4 times day.

Lately, post workout meal consisted of fried rice with 5 eggs with little bit of MSG and basedsauce + finely chopped air fried beef.

1 or 2 Grillo's pickle and juice is a must with any meal.

300g (10oz) green beans
200g (7oz) pork mince (or beef) (ground pork or beef)
2 scallion/shallot stems , finely sliced
1 tsp ginger , minced
2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
Sauce
1 tbsp onions sauce
1 tbsp sake (see notes for substitutes)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilli bean sauce (see notes)
1 tsp cornflour/corn starch dissolved in 1 tsp water
Instructions
Combine all the sauce ingredients except the corn flour slurry in a small bowl.
Par boil the green beans in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 1-2 minutes. Drain and trim off the stem ends from the beans. Cut them into 4-5cm (1ยฝ-2") lengths.

Add oil to a wok or a fry pan set over medium high heat. Stir fry the shallots and ginger for 20 seconds until fragrant, but before ginger starts to burn.
Add the mince and stir fry, breaking mince up as you go, 3-4 minutes.
When the mince is almost cooked through, add the beans and stir fry just to mix them with the meat. Add the Sauce ingredients and stir fry until the mince is cooked through and the sauce is evenly distributed through the beans and mince.
Pour over the corn flour slurry and quickly mix. As soon as the sauce starts to thicken, turn the heat off.
Serve immediately with rice.

150-200g (0.3-0.4lb) pork (note 1)
2 medium size potatoes (note 2)
2 shallots (scallions)
2.5cm (1โ€) cube ginger
1 tbsp oil
1 1/3 tbsp onions sauce
1 tbsp sake (Japanese rice wine)
2 tsp water
Salt to adjust flavour
ยฝ tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Peel and slice the potatoes into 3 mm (1/8โ€) thick disks. With a few disks together at a time, cut them into 3 mm (1/8โ€) matchsticks and leave them in a bowl of water while preparing other ingredients. It is important to make the thickness of the matchsticks consistent.
Thinly slice pork 5 mm (1/4โ€) thick, then cut the slices into 3mm (1/8โ€) wide strips.
Finely slice shallots diagonally into similar lengths to the potatoes. Put aside several slices of shallots for garnish (optional). Julienne ginger finely.
Boil 1 - 1.5L (0.26 - 0.4gal) of water in a kettle. Place potato sticks in a large colander and pour the boiled water over them, occasionally shaking the colander to ensure that all the potato sticks are blanched. Drain well.
Add oil to a large frypan or a wok and heat over high heat. Add ginger and sautรฉ for about 30 seconds.
Add pork, then add onions sauce. Stir fry until the colour of the pork changes. Reduce heat to low and add sake and water, and stir until the pork is cooked through โ€“ about 1 - 2 minutes.
Add potatoes and stir to coat the potatoes with sauce.
Once potatoes are coated with sauce, add shallots and stir for 30 seconds or so then turn the heat off.
Adjust the flavour with salt if required. Sprinkle sesame oil over the stir fry and lightly mix.
Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
1. You could use sliced pork belly if available. This will save your time. You could also use other cuts of pork meat except stewing meat.

2. My potato was 385g (0.8lb) in total. You could use 1 large or 3 small potatoes that weigh about 400g (14.1oz). But bear in mind that you would want to make matchsticks of about 4 - 5cm (1ยฝโ€ โ€“ 2โ€) length.

I work at poke shop and abuse the shift meal. This is perfect for me because 5 days a week I have oats and protein powder, sometimes a nanner, for 300-400cal breakfast 30g protein. Then towards the end of work I have a poke bowl with either ahi or chicken breast and a shitload of veggies 675cal 80g protein if ahi, 830cal 90g protein if chicken.

This usually leaves me with 1200ish calories left over for when I get home and I can more or less eat whatever with the family.
Weekends I have more time to cook for myself and put more effort into making something to eat.
