I work out with my wife sometimes. She's an absolute beginner and doesnt like free weights so we do some meme routines she finds on fitness pages. Dont really care for getting her on a tryhard routine as she's already pretty slim and just wants to tone for the summer

I trained with my little brother, he was an advanced lifter and I was a complete beginner. Now im a lot stronger than him but ive kept up with lifting and he shifted focus to crossfit. All I can say is if it wasn't for lifting with him I wouldnt be where I am now and it was awesome to have a gym partner with similar streng4h because you don't have to fiddle with the weights as much in between sets. I used to work out with my wife but she woukd just kinda do her own thing and spot me when I needed and I would spot her when she needed.
