Ok, it definitely came from the dips.
I kept my wrists bent. FUCK.
I did it twice or three times, I think 6 reps for 4 sets, before I developed the pain. But surely that's not enough to fuck my shit up
...

I fell skating and caught myself on a bed of gravel. It's been two months and my wrist/lower palm still hurts to the point I can't do pushups. thankfully gripping bars midpalm is fine. I'm 40 so everything just takes fucking forever to heal so I haven't lost hope. I'll give it another month or two before I write it off.

I got a bar because EVERYONE told me doing them on rings as a complete beginner is a bad idea, much harder and more stressful on joints.
