Do them as heavy as possible. Do higher reps and sets too for endurance too. I only do single top sets for strength. My girlfriend loves it when I throw her around, pick her up off the floor, squat her for reps etc

I can deadlift 5pl8 and do weighted chins with +2pl8, to be fair picking up 80kg from an awkward angle when she has the rigor of a dead fish is hard.
