Listening to music when lifting is extremely distracting. don't want to get my headphones sweaty. But given the choice of lifting at home I still don't put anything on because it breaks my concentration.
You are unensouled if you """"""""""""""require"""""""""""""" music to eek out a few reps.
same, for me its either complete silence or the sound of the weights, racks, and people grunting

I just listen to a song repeat for my entire workout. It helps me concentrate.
I lift at a gym and and use music to drown out the testkiller music they put on the speakers for the cardio girls

The mainstream slop playlist on the gym speakers is sufficient white noise, unless you're brown
>>76287036 (OP)I like listening to racist podcasts when I lift
>>76287036 (OP)Listen to music if you have to. Don't fucking listen to spergs like Goggins insisting you have to deny yourself of enjoyment. I prefer lifting with no music but doing that at a public gym means listening to the shitty music and people talking so I elect to listening to my own music.
