>>76287842 (OP)You shouldn't be getting that worn down at 30, especially if you've been training consistently and you're relatively fit.

OP I don't know how long you've been training, but if you've been doing the same exact routine for years, maybe this is the problem. I had an injury recently, and I was out of the gym for 4 months. I've been back for about 5 weeks now, and I knew I had to do something different. The first 2 weeks were just light full-body workouts to ease back in, but 3 weeks ago I switched up my routine and started a push/pull/legs split. Before my injury, I was doing the bro-split, the only way I had ever trained. I also tweaked some other stuff but that's not important here.
It's only been three weeks, so too early to see how the results will be, and I'm still easing back into certain heavy lifts to avoid re-injury, but one side effect is that the change-up has also been a great motivator. I was doing the bro-split because it's how I learned to work out, but I find that I enjoy PPL way more. So maybe you just need to switch it up a bit?

OP it honestly it sounds like you're letting all of that "30 is so old" stuff from social media get into your head. Could be other shit too. How's work going, are you stuck in a job you hate? Spending 40+ hours a week in a place that is unbearably miserable will sap the fucking life out of you whether you're 30 or 20.
