>>76289928 (OP)none of these people are friends. what sort of friend would let girl #4 leave the house with a nose like that? she looks stupid, like something's wrong with her. her nose is so overdone that it's brighter than the clothes she's wearing.
I remember, years ago, I was at a sorority, waiting for a group to leave for a party. the president had her birthday that day, so there was a little wall set up to take cute pictures in front of for their social media, of course. women can identify that a woman wants to be the prettiest one in the room for her birthday. nobody was doing anything overtly to one-up the birthday girl (e.g. wearing a lower cut shirt). however, the second a recording started or someone started actually taking pictures, all of the women started doing their little tricks to make themselves look better. suddenly I was seeing more genuine looking laughs and smiles than I saw those same women do in regular life, hair flips, jockeying for position so the camera got their "good side," and probably sucking in/flexing. it didn't matter that it was ostensibly their good friend's birthday, what mattered most to literally every woman that was involved in the pictures was looking better. and before anyone says "oh so what women like to look good in pictures," I was watching them compete with each other with these tricks before my eyes.
what I'm getting at is that something similar happened for this picture, too. something to the effect of "what can I do to make myself stand out" crossed most of their minds before the picture was taken, hence the stupid fucking face of the one on the left or the post-ironic tongue-out pose of the second on the right. the only ones seemingly not caught in this arms race are the brown one and the one in the very back. inb4 "what about the one taking the picture," she's taking it so she got her best angle and was the best prepared.
