That guy's meal is pretty commonplace for the "meals" this board makes. Usually little to no seasoning, no notice of the flavors going well together, textures going well together, nothing. They just combine high protein foods together into some sort of unrecognizable slop where it baffles the mind on how they can even choke down what they've created.

ground turkey for breakfast with two little tomato sandwiches. lunch will be turkey burgers on thin-sliced bread and cofveve. dinner probably mac and cheese slop out of a can because idagf and it's only 350 calories and then some corn. total calorie intake for the day: 1550 or more like 1900 if i get too hungry and add some ramen noodles somewhere. trying to stay under 2000.
