Because ever since our ancient ancestors nutrients and vitamins were found in FOOD. Rich Piana tried telling us about it but cattle brain 95%'ers will still shill you supplements and vitamins when in reality your best source of nutrition comes from the earth and not these chink/tel aviv factories

Listening to a guy who died at 45 is certainly one of the worst advice of all time

au contraire someone who was abusing chemicals to the point of brain necrosis but still preached the importance of pursing healthier habits would be more honest, don't you agree herschell? >>76290923

In the correct dosages yes. Many vitamins are harmful in inappropriate doses.

Increasingly a necessity with how bad the nutrition is getting with everything being grown in depleted soil and just binding more water.

I live at 48*N. I don't take vitamin D usually but I probably should given that most of the year I work an inside job. Obviously I'm not gonna die from insufficient vitamin D, but it's not good.

Also my milk isn't supplemented with D.

Industrialised agriculture with its regime of fertilisers and pesticides and other only-for profit practices have stripped many of those nutrients and vitamins from produce. If you eat that same produce in a manner which has been subject to industrialised processing then they lose even more. Much, if not most, of the 'food' sold in shops today is considerably more detrimental to one's health than beneficial.

Not really, unless you're spending all day indoors. On a sunny day, just twenty or thirty minutes outdoors is good enough, not perfect but sufficient. Little longer if its cloudy
The consequence of being pale is that vitD synthesis is easier. Only the people living in the far north of Sweden, Norway and Finland are susceptible to D deficiency because of the very short days that occur for half of the year
