Why is my arms significantly larger when I take a 3 day pause from the gym?

It's a difference of +0.5 cm (0.2 inches) from
>not going to the gym for 3 days
>also not taking any creatine for 3 days

Is this indicative of something I should change? Like if I'm dehydrated daily or something

Does this matter training-wise? Should I supplement?

I am a boomer doing 6 day PPL

You're overtrained

It means you've been training too much this whole time. Lower the intensity. Recovery time is more important

This, you need recovery time, in the long run training daily without break will lead to more harm then good

yeah it matters a lot
you might not be recovering enough for how hard you train
in addition to increasing your water + carb intake, either lower the intensity and the volume of your training, or lower your training frequency to maybe 3x per week instead of 6
you're working too hard, your body is struggling to keep up lol
