I will sometimes do an hour of very mild cardio bike on rest days just to burn like 250 calories. I dont even break a sweat just take it nice and easy and watch YouTube or something. Idk if this is good or not but it hasn't impacted my gains negatively.

I walk my doggo everyday. Approx 2km on most days and 4km if I walk on the nearby trail. Works decent for recovery from weightlifting.
