Why do I consistently gain weight if I have more carbs when everything else is consistent vs if I have more fat?
An example being my dinner, if I have eggs on toast vs a cheese and bacon omlette, i consistently get fatter, even if evrrything else is the same,
I thought CICO was a thing?
