Yup your abs look exactly like you train them at the end of your workouts. Entirely non existent. If you trained abs more youd actuallt have a 6 pack, assuming you also lose 10lbs

Yes they have 2 vastly different bodyfat levels but my point still stands. >>76293796 is missing the blocky abdominal look that makes a 6 pack, due to being too fat and/or not having strong enough abs.

Ultimately his body IS NOT what I want to look like so therefore I will not take his "advice"

Except in this case the anon acted as if his fitness training program of training abs at the end of compounds works. Except when he posted body his abs were not found. In this example he lost his argument when he failed to provide an adequate validation to his routine.
