Does it require a trellis?
Anonymous No.76298531
>>76298474
not really. I set one up originally but the blackberry bushes have grown far beyond the original trellis and don't require any support.

Fruits are not healthy, they're mostly sugar. It's a fat person "health food". That said I put some frozen blueberries in my oatmeal because it substitutes actual sugar.

I can't imagine having to buy black berries. They are one of the most pervasive weeds where I live. I could probably fill a paper grocery bag with berries in about 15 minutes from the vines growing in an open field near my house.

>Fruits are not healthy, they're mostly sugar. It's a fat person "health food".
Oh, please, the "fruits are just sugar bombs" take is peak diet-bro nonsense, like someone read half a Reddit thread and called it a PhD. Fruits are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants—stuff your body actually needs unless you’re planning to live off beef jerky and vibes. Sure, they’ve got fructose, but comparing an apple to a Snickers because “sugar” is like saying a bicycle and a monster truck are the same because they both have wheels. The fiber in fruits slows sugar absorption, so you’re not spiking your blood sugar like you would with a soda. Data backs this

No need to be cringe with "sugar bombs". Fruit contains marginal fiber, eat some oatmeal. Take a multivitamin. These are really just copes. Fruit is mostly water, sugar and vitamin C. No one in 4chan is lacking in vitamin C, trust me.

I hate these fitness influencer grocery hauls and they always buy some expensive fruit because it's"healthy". I guess these people sit down and eat half a watermelon or pineapple. It's not a significant source of protein, itself mostly just sugar. Meanwhile no one is ever just buying carrots and onions. Just rice and chicken, maybe some broccoli if you're lucky.

Eat vegetables, season your stuff with herbs, garlic and ginger, learn to cook and season them. This is very healthy. Fruits are not the way, they're a cope snack. I'd rather just eat a bag of peanuts because I'm at least I'm getting protein. Sweetened greek yogurt even.

Store bought blackberries are never any good. Just sweet and black. No comparison at all to the ones that grow wild everywhere. Intense, tart, delicious... Love those fuckers.
