What you should do depends on what you want. Id say eat and get big and strong but if you're a happy where you are go to the gym 2 times a week to maintain and find things that you find fulfilling

14-16%, you have very favorable top-down lighting that make your abs pop but have poor arm vascularity.
If I was in your position, and if you were cutting for a long time, I would eat at around maintanence for a month or three to regain my sanity and enjoy summer, and then spend Sept and Oct getting as lean as possible to be ready for a 2 lb / month bulk Nov through March. YMMV.

You should cut down to 10/11%. Drop 10lbs with a 500-700kcal deficit.
Then maintain for a couple of months, then lean bulk.

Cry. It's complicated, I first trained 6-8 months successfully, then got a chronic condition that kept me sick for 3 years, and then got healthy again half a year ago and rebuilt some muscle and started making my first gains again. Technically it's 4 years but it absolutely doesn't look like it because the medical system fucking sucks at detecting causes for anything that's not a basic viral infection

It may seem good in theory, but in reality it's dangerous

/fit/ will make you end up becoming a steroid user for more muscle

or

/fit/ will make you end up perma-bulking into obesity for more strength

or

/fit/ will make you end up with an eating disorder trying to chase an unsustainable extremely low bodyfat

Or you can have 2-3 of these issues at once....

yes you're in the 15-17% range depending if you're flexing your abs or not. you can also see that there's considerable flab on your chest. i was in the same exact boat and what worked best for me was doing a big cut to about 10-12% and then doing a single big bulk (though i used SARMs for the bulk, natty bulking is more brutal and a single bulk might not cut it), then a light cut, achieved my goal body through that and i didnt have newbie gains helping me on the way at that point either.
