>>76298010If we are looking at fitness holistically from every perspective of life. Fitness being able to live well, procreate easily, be athletic and strong, and longevity. The answer is obviously 6ft 3 or 6ft 4 meso/ecto morphs. I say this as a 6ft 1 240lbs starting strength victim with a 350lb bench.
Tall men, lean men, who are moderatley toned, are the most attractive to women, are fit across multple spectrums, command more repsect in the work place. 6ft 3 to 6ft 4 isnt really tall enough to suffer the extreme disadvantages of pushing 7 feet. some literature may suggest they die slightly earlier, but I would rather live and die a hero than to cling to life as a manlet.
Like, my gym buddy is the ideal strength guy. 5ft 9, weighs about the same as me, benches over 400, but is bald with long torso stubby limbs and extremly wide hips.
I am too bulky for my own good and I plan on cutting once I hit my squat goals.
Truth is, most tall men who are sub 15% body fat, who train consistently but not for powerlifting, will be attractive the vast majority of the time.
