i know its genetics but there has to be a way to reseble her. marilyn has bigger boobs then me but our bodies are somewhat similar, tho am 106-around 10-15 pounds lighter??

cardio, whole foods with caloric surplus and low intensity weight sessions (never to failure, never feel DOMS)

cardo and gym is to promote bloodflow around the body
whole foods are more nutritive (with micronutrients, vitamins and minerals) and will have good impact on general body health
if you can't do a caloric surplus on whole foods (which is a bit hard) just fill up on empty sugarry drinks (but don't make this your main weight gainer)

only time i was heavy was before puberty so not really helpful. tho i use to be way skinnier and ive noticed my weight was evenlly distrubuted when i gained, from 92 to 106.

Best exercises for ass are weighted lunges, bulgarian squats and hip thrusts in that order
don't focus on squats that much

spot reducing fat is somewhat of a myth in that you can't target it but you can help your body with bloodflow in that area, were it to lose bodyfat then it would use that more area more productively (electrostimulation and red light therapy help with mitochondria activity and therefore bloodflow and fat lipolysis)

you have a nice frame, narrow waist with wide hips- you will look good if you gain weight properly. To gain fat/muscle in the right places, you need a good diet. Shitty diet = shitty hormonal health = fucked up fat distribution

exactly, most people overlook whole foods and micronutrients and focus too much on macronutrients

OP if you want to increase estrogen and progesterone (to increase tit size) then you want to have cholesterole in the diet, enough Vitamin D3 to create those hormones from cholesterole and magnesium to facilitate those pathways of metabolism

also if I remember correctly I think royal jelly and sauna increases progesterone to a point of increasing tit size but do your own research

also look into recommended daily intake of all micronutrients and make micronutrient rich diet so you have enough hormones
