i can't do much cardio or weight training due to an injury, but i still walk more than 10k steps a day and do basic calisthenic exercises three times a week (have to do wall pushups and elevated pushups instead of regular)
i eat very less, just one meal a day, daily calorie intake is probably 800
started this a couple weeks ago, feel exhausted and weak throughout the day
