I present to you:

>Continental Bteakfast

The supérieur breakfast
Anonymous No.76299843
Its the continental way.. In spain they wouldnt dream of starting the day with a couple cans and maybe a vodka.. probably..

In fact, I will grab 2 of them lager beers just in case the first one doesnt completely rid me of my perishable thirst.

Mental illness

mental illnesses don't exist, they are made up so you are more easily controlled
what exists is micronutrient deficiencies that manifest itself as brain not working properly

>its all vitamin deficiencies bro

There are so many pollutants in the air, and parental drinkers, smokers and god knows what that a lot of babies are born with structural brain defects right out of the gate

Something like 5% of all babies have alcoholic brain damage as foetuses that manifest in various ways. In a classroom of kids theres likely to bne a couple with alcohol brain damage from prenatal exposure, some with smoking exposure, and then loads of other chemicals and heavy metals

all would be easily reversible if fetuses got enough vitamins and minerals

Yes but they dont

Also environmental trauma is another big cause of mental illness which you could consider another 'deficiency'.

Imagine some kid is being emotionally neglected and isnt getting any warmth or love as a child. They will feel insecure, scared and fearful for their upbringing. Their developing brain grows around these trauamtic experiences and then you typically grow up permanently mentally ill after this since your brain areas developed further while mentally ill, locking it in.

For me: it's black coffee and a cigarette.

For me, it's a short espresso with a bit of coconut oil, a glass of mineral water and a banana

Coconut oil? Please explain what this does to the coffee

Makes it creamy and less bitter, also the fat in coffee makes it easier on the stomach if you drink it on empty (any fat for that matter, most use milk but I prefer coconut oil). Plus coconut oil is actually tasty, it is a good product that I use often in many things that I consume.
