I pan fry them in olive oil and season them with onion powder, garlic salt, chili pepper, salt, and black pepper. It's great. They come out real juicy.

I always eat skinless variations of both and the difference is negligible for how much better it tastes. I also almost always add some other fatty ingredient to chicken breast when eating it whereas I can eat chicken thigh with just a sauce.
