I have the same fucking condition, no muscle on my upper/inner chest. What the fuck do I do for this, I started doing inclines yesterday (it used to fuck my right shoulder up).
Any other tips please, god tier exercices to target upper chest.

what makes advanced lifters have a belly that protrudes much more than their chest? I want to avoid that. I am a beginner and my chest is much further out than my belly and I love the way that looks.

Wide grip(incline or flat) for wider chest, closerish form and finangle the leverages angles etc and it should fill out the rest of inner and upper. High angle incline/mp less strict is also upper chestish, definitely at least some barbell if you for some reason like dbs.
