Why is everyone just doing Jeff Nippard shit at the gym nowadays?
Was it always like this? Just people doing cables and focusing on the streeeeetch, or doing 10 different variations of bicep curls in their compression shirts. Basic compound movements for strength seem rare.

Noob here. The only bb compounds I do are squats and rdls. Is there any other compounds that is actually worth it?

Freeweights at home are better quality and squat stands i use like j hooks/self spot by leaning it with weights on the back for no impingement unracking low rep weight.

Jeff is kinda sick idk whst youre smoking but being on seroids and actually training bench 3x/wk he should be well above 5pl8 club 1rms if he went for it(on steroids doesnt like heavy weight).
